I was really taken back this week with this one thought, “God lives in me.”
“God LIVES in me!” WOW! What an incomprehensible notion. The living God of the universe lives in me. If that is true, and the Bible is clear that it is, then what limits do I actually have in this world?
For nothing is impossible with God. – Luke 1:37 (NLT)
No one has ever seen God; but if we love one another, God lives in us and his love is made complete in us. – 1 John 4:12 (NIV)
So why do we limit God so much? This week at The Summit we will talk about increasing our expectations in God and how to realize them in our daily lives. I am so excited to share these truths with you as God transforms our expectations and our way of thinking about how He operates in and through us.
Don’t forget to check out what is happening at The Summit by going here and be sure to join us for the Sunday V.I.P. at 9 AM Sunday morning. I can’t wait to see you this week and be sure to invite your friends and family!
Be Blessed!

I was blessed by the 700 Club testimony. After reading your blog, I was complied to leave a comment. The statement nothing is impossible with God really hit home for me when my sister (who is a missionary) told me the following story. Her and her husband are missionary’s and they paster a church in another country. Over the years they have seen many of God’s miracles. They had a US Ministry come to their church and offer to assist them to set up another outreach. One of the Elders of the church resisted, saying it was Impossible. My Sister went home and cut out the word impossible out of all the dictionary’s. She said; The word impossible it not in God’s dictionary and it will not be in hers. Each time I try to limit the power of God. The LORD reminds me of the simple, but powerful act my sister preformed. THERE IS NOTHING IMPOSSIBLE WITH OUR GOD!

[...] The most difficult part of prayer for me is listening. I get busy and sometimes my prayers are quick and I don’t really expect God to tell me something. That is what makes this aspect of prayer so difficult, we have to first start with changing our expectation of God! For more on expecting more from God go here or here! [...]
